Career Camp Logo UpdatedThe Summer Career Camps offer three, week-long camps for students in grades six through ten, with each week focusing on a different career cluster. The primary goal of the camps is to provide students with an inside look into industries that they may not be familiar with but could potentially pursue in the future. The camps offer valuable insight into local employment opportunities and guide students on the steps needed to pursue careers in these fields.

The free camps are held Monday through Friday, from 8 am – 4 pm, at PennWest University – Venango Campus. They include free breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as well as transportation to and from local business tours. Throughout the camps, students are introduced to various career opportunities and the multitude of positions involved in each industry. They participate in presentations, complete hands-on projects, and enjoy on-site tours for their specific career cluster.

Students are able to participate in as few or as many camps as they choose. There are no income requirements to participate, making them available for any students in Venango County or the Titusville Region.

Registration opens May 1st, 2025. Please reach out to Jennifer at jennifer@uwvenango.org with any questions.
