Pre-K Scholarships

United Way’s Pre-K Scholarships provide qualifying Titusville Region families with financial assistance for their children to take part in preschool programs. The program allows children the opportunity to attend, or stay enrolled in, daycare who otherwise would not be able to.

Families are able to select their daycare of choice and receive help filling out the application. Pre-approved organizations include YMCA Tiny Footsteps and YWCA Fun Factory.

This program is made possible thanks to the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). The EITC Program allows businesses to redirect their PA State Tax dollars to fund tuition assistance programs to families in PA. Participating businesses can contribute a minimum of $1,000 to a maximum of $750,000 and receive up to a 90% tax credit.
