Volkstadt Scholarship Program

The Volkstadt Memorial Scholarship was established in 1999 thanks to a charitable donation from the estate of the late Charles and Martha Volkstadt. Mrs. Volkstadt was the Director of the United Way of the Titusville Region for more than 25 years.

Mrs. Volkstadt understood the importance of volunteerism in the community, as well as instilling a passion for volunteering in our youth. The purpose of the Volkstadt Memorial Scholarship is to accentuate the importance of volunteerism in the community and to recognize those students who provide these services.

The scholarship awards up to $1,000 annually to a student located within the Titusville Area School District. Since its inception, the scholarship has awarded over $46,000 in scholarships to help our youth reach their goals.
